TERMS & CONDITIONS

At JBo's View, every project is handled with professionalism, transparency and respect for both the client and the creative process.
These terms are designed to ensure clarity for every collaboration.

  • All photographs and video content created by JBo's View remain the intellectual property of the creator unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    Clients receive a license to use the delivered material for their agreed business purposes only.

    This includes:

    • websites

    • social media

    • printed marketing

    • business promotion

    The material may not be:

    • resold

    • transferred to third parties

    • edited by others

    • reused for larger campaigns without written permission

  • JBo's View reserves the right to use selected images or videos for:

    • portfolio

    • website

    • social media

    • self-promotion

    If a client prefers complete privacy, a separate confidentiality agreement can be arranged before the project begins.

    Additional fees may apply for exclusive usage rights.

  • To maintain creative quality and brand consistency:

    JBo's View does not provide:

    • RAW photo files

    • DLOG footage

    • unedited video clips

    • project files

    Only professionally edited final files are delivered.

  • Typical delivery times:

    Photography
    5–7 business days

    Video / Reels
    7–14 business days

    Delivery times may vary depending on project size.

  • Each project includes:

    • 1 basic revision round for video

    • minor correction requests for photography

    Additional revisions may be billed separately.

  • Any request for:

    • extra photos

    • additional reels

    • new edits

    • extended usage

    may be invoiced separately based on the project scope.

  • When staff portraits are included:

    These may be billed separately from location photography depending on:

    • number of people

    • editing time

    • retouching requirements

    This will always be discussed before the shoot.

  • A project is confirmed once the agreed deposit is received.

    Standard payment terms:

    • Booking deposit if required

    • Remaining balance due upon delivery

    • Invoice payment within 7 days unless agreed otherwise

    Late payments may result in delayed delivery.

  • Cancellations made:

    48+ hours before session
    Deposit may be transferred to a new date

    Less than 48 hours
    Deposit may be non-refundable
